These are my current rates:

Individual Therapy Sessions (50-55 minutes) – $200

In-network with Aetna, Cigna, Optum (Includes UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Oxford, Harvard Pilgrim, UHC Student Resources, UMR, Health Plans Inc, Surest (Formerly Bind)). I use Alma for insurance billing and administrative work. Payments are charged to a credit card on file.

I also practice as an out-of-network provider and I can provide you with documentation to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. Depending on your out-of-network benefits you can be reimbursed a percentage of the cost of sessions. 

Below are some useful questions to ask your insurance company:

– Does my plan include “out-of-network” coverage for mental health? If so, how do I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider?

– Is there an annual deductible for out-of-network mental health benefits? If so, how much?

– Is there a limit on the number of session my plan will cover per year? If so, how many? 

– What is the coverage amount per therapy session with an out-of-network provider

cancellation policy

I kindly ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed in full.
